Last september I purchased 2 pairs of jeans from Kohl&#8217;s. Both were Lee jeans of similar style, but differing color. 8 months later, I was dismayed to find that one pair had grown a large hole whilst the other appeared to look new. I don&#8217;t do a lot of strenuous labor, and was therefore surprised to find such wear on a product. I decided to take it to Kohl&#8217;s and see if there was anything they could do. I was quite pleasantly surprised to find that both representatives I talked to were more than happy to allow me to exchange the pants out with new ones at no charge. I must say that I was not expecting such service.Although I was really expecting to shell out more money for a new pair of pants, this is the type of service we <i>should<\/i> expect.
