What is Brisco County Jr.?
Brisco County Jr. is a TV show that aired from 1993-1994. It was a very cleverly written western-sci-fi-comedy. After Brisco County Sr. is murdered by John Bly and his gang, Brisco County Jr. Is hired by a group of tycoons to round up all the members of John Bly's gang. John Bly does all that he can do to get ahold of a mysterious object called "The Orb." Brisco has to stop him, while slowly learning of his destiny with the Orb, and of the Orbs power. Brisco is teamed up with a lawyer named Socrates Pool, who acts as a liaison between Brisco and the Tycoons. Eventually, Brisco teams up with a competitor bounty hunter named Lord Bowler. Together they work to round up John Bly's gang, and to ensure that the Orb never falls into Bly's hands.
What is the "Orb?"
The Orbs are a man-made electromagnetic wave particle net that captures energy at certain nodal intersections of the space-time grid. The Orbs were created in 5502 and sent back in time to aid the advancement of mankind. They are the key to the future and to possess them is to rule the world.
What Happened to the Orbs?

Orb 1 |
This Orb was originally unearthed by Chinese rail workers. It gave them the power to free themselves. Later, the Orb went down the river with Big Smith after he fell out of a train. Brisco County Jr. later found this Orb in a secret government building in Arizona. Once he was about to retrieve it, Brisco County Jr. came from a future time and took it from his past self. After that, Karina, a time traveler from the year 5502, took this Orb back to the future with her. |

This orb was unearthed in a giant crater in Arizona. John Bly eventually got possession of the Orb, as well as an Orb Rod which was among the belongings of the late marshall, Brisco County. It was then destroyed when the Orb rod was inserted because the rod belonged to a different orb. |

This Orb was originally in the hand of Professor Ogden Coles until he gave it to Brisco County Jr. after Brisco's first encounter with Bly. During this encounter, Brisco shot John Bly using a special bullet made from the same material as the Orb, which caused John Bly to be trapped within the Orb. After Brisco's last encounter with Bly, Karina, took this orb back to the future along with the second Orb. |
